Shipping information

We offer three shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States: standard, second-day, and
next-day.

Shipping costs are detailed below. The Standard Delivery to the United States and some U.S. territories is
usually within 5-7 business days from the day your package leaves our warehouse. P.O.Box, Alaska,
Hawaii, or some U.S. territories are shipped via USPS. $5.00 will be added to your shipping charge.

SECOND-DAY delivery within 2 business days from the day when your package leaves our warehouse.
Signature required.
Weekend delivery not available.

NEXT-DAY delivery the next business day after your package leaves our warehouse.
Signature required.
Weekend delivery not available.

* Shipping times above do not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Shipping times may vary due to availability
of merchandise. Second-day and next-day shipping not available for Saturday deliveries.

At this time, we cannot ship an online order to international destinations and some U.S. territories.

Delivery charges are standard FedEx rates. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

We do our very best to expedite all orders as quickly as possible. Special orders may require a eight-week
to twelve-week turn-around time.

Our terms as follows:

First order COD or credit card, if not differently specified. Subsequent orders will be 30 days net payment
upon customers request and upon approved credit. After 30 days a monthly surcharge equal to 2% will be
charged

Orders refused upon delivery will be charged in full, including shipping costs.

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Should you receive a defective or
damaged item , we will replace it for the same item or one of equal value upon return of the defective
merchandise.

For orders cancelled after 7 days from the order date, a 20% fee will be incurred. We require written
notification of cancellation.

A $25 service charge applies to all NSF / returned checks.

All collection & legal fees shall be the sole responsibilty of the customer. Price and conditions are subject
